When you plan on trying a diet
When you plan on going full diet mode which requires striking out one or more food groups that include grains, fruits and meat may prove unhealthy. A balanced eating requires lean meat that serves the purpose for long term weight loss.
Your plans of not eating at restaurants
Ditching your friends just for the heck of sustaining your strict diet regime would only frustrate you. Instead of boycotting your friends and your social life, have an apple or some almonds so that you don’t end up bursting on your craving and then probably start with small salads.
Going on a juice cleanse
After binging on your holiday, having a detox might just be the idea, but having a all-or-nothing approach towards losing weight will fail eventually.
Going on a vegetable diet
To lose weight, you need to burn more calories than that you consume, but skipping non-veg meals will not really cut your calorie intake.
